New Milford Hospital Announces Next Series of Strong Women™ Strong Bones Fitness Classes

NEW MILFORD, Connecticut – August 8, 2016 – The New Milford Hospital Campus at 30 Elm Street announces the next series of Strong Women™ Strong Bones (SWSB) fitness classes on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, August 15 to September 30 from 10 to 11:15 am (choose two classes within the same week).

SWSB exercise classes will also be held at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church located at 1 North Main Street in Kent on Tuesdays and Thursdays, August 16 to September 29 from 10 to 11:15 a.m., and at Tavern Off The Green Restaurant/The Litchfield Inn located at 432 Bantam Road in Litchfield on Mondays and Wednesdays, September 12 to October 26 from 10:30 to 11:45 a.m.

Strong Women™ Strong Bones is a nationally recognized fitness program designed to prevent and reverse osteoporosis/osteopenia and promote general health and wellness. Health and wellness benefits include arthritis relief, restoration of balance and flexibility, strengthening of bones, proper weight maintenance, and improved glucose control and heart health.

Cost is $85 for seven weeks of classes.
